The Constellation

Established since May 2010, it was originally created to identify female candidates to compete alongside traditional shortlists for Managing Director and Director level positions. It now numbers in excess of 9,500 women in global financial services, with over 1,500 female Managing Directors.

The rate of growth, coupled with the willingness of members to impart career information and share experiences, has taken The Constellation's ability to influence and drive change to a new level. Such an increasing strength demands consideration at the highest level.
